通过分析国内地方高校工程应用型人才培养现状,结合本校的自身条件,重点论述了以课堂教学为基础,实验实践为支撑,竞赛活动为引导,第二课堂为拓展的创新能力培养模式,并提出在这一模式的一体化实施中转变教育思想,树立创新教育理念是创新能力培养的前提,完善理论与实践教学体系是创新能力培养的关键,科研训练,产学研合作是培养创新能力的有效途径,以学生为主体,重视教师的培养是创新能力培养的基本保证。 By analyzing the present situation of engineering applied talents cultivation in local universities in our country and combining with our own conditions, this paper mainly discusses the training model of innovation ability based on classroom teaching, experimental practice, competition activities as guide, and the second classroom as an extension In the integrated implementation of this model, changing educational thinking and setting up the concept of innovative education are the preconditions for the cultivation of innovative ability. Perfecting the theoretical and practical teaching system is the key to the cultivation of innovative ability. 摘 要: 文章认为,探索建设有中国特色的奥林匹克主义道路是新时期套路运动竞技价值理论创新的主题。其依据和目的就在于,以实践为基石;以体育观念的转变为先导;以积极人生的价值追求为目标。具体就是要把人类共同拥有的,具有可能性、潜在性和发展性的动力资源的开发和利用与客体本质属性相整合。唯其如此,才能在推进套路运动真理性的科学价值发展理论方面做出创新的重要理论成果,为武术与奥运会接轨奠定坚实的理论基础。
