介绍了基于ARM和加速度传感器的故障诊断系统,该系统分为传感器模块、信号采集模块、微处理器模块和上位机模块等部分。采用加速度传感器采集振动信号;采用24位高精度的AD7714作为A/D转换器;采用可靠稳定、适应恶劣环境的CAN总线协议作为数据传输方式;采用三星S3C2440作为微处理器。通过该系统在煤矿中的实际开发和应用,证明该系统数据采集和传输效率较高,工作可靠性和稳定性较好。
The fault diagnosis system based on ARM and accelerometer is introduced. The system is divided into sensor module, signal acquisition module, microprocessor module and host computer module. Adopt acceleration sensor to collect vibration signal; Adopt 24-bit high-precision AD7714 as A / D converter; Adopt reliable and stable, adapt to harsh environment CAN bus protocol as data transmission mode; Use Samsung S3C2440 as microprocessor.
