各国药典从30年代至今以来,对大输液灭菌时间的要求是:温度115℃,压力为0.7kg/cm~2,时间为30分钟。 我院经多年对大输液灭菌进行一些改革试验,认为各国药典规定中因30年代各生产及制剂室的条件、环境与80年代比是相当落后的,现在输液生产环境均于净化间中操作,机械化生产,染菌机会较小。因此,改变灭菌时间是有一定条件的,试验结果也证明了这一点。特别是能源紧张的今天,时间是宝贵的,改变输液灭菌时间,对我国和世界各国制药行业是有益处的,这是一项在医药生产中具有突破性的改革。
