我国正在深化改造能源领域,走可持续绿色环保之路,但煤炭资源依旧将在我国发展建设中扮演重要的角色。许多煤矿开采历史较长,历经多次扩能改造、资源整合或兼并重组等,为应对低迷的能源市场,降低开采成本,存在开采规划不科学合理而造成管理混乱,使得整个管理工作面临大量问题。本文主要研究了现实中几个管理问题,并提出管理对策。 Our country is deepening the field of energy transformation and taking the road of sustainable green environmental protection, but coal resources will still play an important role in the development and construction of our country.
