采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜和电子探针等分析了20SiMn2MoVA钢冲击性能明显偏低的原因,并提出了改进措施。结果表明:该钢经淬火、低温回火后钢中化学成分出现偏析,继而产生较多非马氏体组织及析出碳化物是造成该钢冲击性能偏低的主要原因;适当提高其淬火温度和冷却速率可以降低钢中非马氏体的含量,改善冲击性能,对不合格产品进行修复。
The reason of the low impact performance of 20SiMn2MoVA steel was analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope and electron probe, and the improvement measures were put forward. The results show that the chemical composition of the steel after quenched and tempered at low temperature is segregated, and then more non-martensite and precipitated carbide are the main causes of the low impact performance of the steel. The quenching temperature and Cooling rate can reduce the content of non-martensitic steel to improve the impact performance of unqualified products to be repaired.
