对采用密封反应系统制备HgBa2Ca2Cu3O8+δ超导材料的烧结工艺进行了探讨。采用多次短时热处理和快速升温的方法可避免石英管的破裂并控制CaHgO2的生成。烧结后所得样品处于缺氧状态,Tc为120K,氧气氛退火可使Tc升高到133K。
The sintering process of preparing HgBa2Ca2Cu3O8 + δ superconducting materials by using sealed reaction system was discussed. Using multiple short-time heat treatment and rapid heating method can avoid the rupture of quartz tube and control the formation of CaHgO2. After sintering the resulting sample is in an anoxic state with a Tc of 120 K and annealing in an oxygen atmosphere increases Tc to 133 K.
