Maternal blood biochemical changes occur during pregnancy, blood volume, changes in endocrine substances and hormones, accompanied by changes in iron, zinc, calcium, magnesium, copper and other metal elements [1]. The changes of trace elements and blood lead to maternal metabolism regulation is more important. Lack of trace elements in pregnant women and blood lead can directly affect the growth and development of the fetus. We randomly selected 578 normal pregnant women as test subjects and determined the concentration of 5 trace elements of zinc, iron, calcium, magnesium, copper and blood lead in the whole blood of pregnant women by the method of dissolution analysis. Explore its lack of and comprehensive prevention and control measures.
