咯血是由支气管炎症、支气管扩张 (支扩 )、肺结核、肺癌等疾病引起的临床急症 ,也是纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜 ,ＦＢ)检查的严重并发症之一。如果处理不及时 ,可导致病人窒息危及生命。我院于 1998年～ 1999年间经ＦＢ注入立止血治疗咯血及活检后出血 30例取得满意疗效。总结报
