七十年代末期涂层高速钢刀具的出现,被人们称为高速钢刀具性能的一次革命,立即引起各国工具生产部门的重视,竞先投入大量力量进行开发研究。目前主要工业发达国家都已开始生产涂层高速钢刀具(包括齿轮刀具、孔加工刀具、螺纹刀具及拉刀等),并正对涂层材料、涂层技术、合理刀具结构进行深入研究。本文简要介绍高速钢刀具涂层技术。(一) 高速钢刀具涂层的特殊性(1) 高速钢的回火温度约为560℃(按高速钢成份而变动),因此最好要求涂层温度低
The emergence of coated high-speed steel tools in the late seventies was called a revolution in the performance of high-speed steel tools, which immediately attracted the attention of the tool production departments in various countries. It was the first time that a large amount of power was invested in development and research. At present, the major industrialized countries have started to produce coated HSS cutting tools (including gear cutting tools, hole machining tools, thread cutting tools and broaching tools, etc.) and are in-depth study of coating materials, coating technology and reasonable tool structure. This article briefly introduces HSS tool coating technology. (A) the special nature of high-speed steel cutting tool coating (1) high-speed steel tempering temperature of about 560 ℃ (according to high-speed steel composition changes), it is best to require low coating temperature
