314例危重患儿血气异常值的结果分析表明,pH<7.2组,PaO2<5.33kPa组.PaCO2>9.33kPa组,HCO3<10mmol/L组,病死率明显增高(P<0.05)。混合性酸碱失衡病死率显著高于单纯性酸碱失衡组(P<0.01),三重酸碱失衡组病死率显著高于混合性酸碱失衡组(P<0.01),血电解质钠氯异常组病死率明显高于正常组(P<0.005)。提示:危重患儿的血气测定对预后判断有重要价值。
Analysis of the results of blood gas abnormalities in 314 critically ill children showed that pH <7.2 and PaO2 <5.33kPa. PaCO2> 9.33kPa group, HCO3 <10mmol / L group, the mortality was significantly increased (P <0.05). The combined mortality of acid-base imbalance was significantly higher than that of the simple acid-base imbalance group (P <0.01). The mortality of triple-acid-base imbalance group was significantly higher than that of mixed acid-base imbalance group (P <0.01) Sodium chloride abnormalities group mortality was significantly higher than the normal group (P <0.005). Tip: critically ill children with blood gas determination of the prognosis of great value.
