[目的]探寻一氧化碳中毒急性期的脑电图对于发生迟发性脑病的预测价值。[方法]53例一氧化碳中毒患者中有9例患者发生迟发性脑病,对比其中毒急性期和迟发性脑病发生后的脑电图改变。[结果]发生迟发性脑病患者中毒急性期脑电图中-重度异常率(77.8%)明显高于未发生迟发性脑病患者(11.4%)。[结论]一氧化碳中毒急性期脑电图对于预测迟发性脑病具有重要价值。
[Objective] To investigate the predictive value of EEG in the acute phase of carbon monoxide poisoning for the occurrence of delayed encephalopathy. [Method] Ninety-three patients with carbon monoxide poisoning developed delayed encephalopathy, and compared their EEG changes after acute and delayed encephalopathy. [Results] The rate of moderate-severe electroencephalogram-severe abnormality (77.8%) in patients with delayed encephalopathy was significantly higher than that in patients without delayed encephalopathy (11.4%). [Conclusion] The acute electroencephalogram of carbon monoxide poisoning is of great value in predicting delayed encephalopathy.
