本文选取2016年《中国社会科学》、《法学研究》和《中国法学》三大最具权威期刊所发表的法学研究论文为样本,通过三大期刊的载文量、载文长度以及所发表论文的地区分布、活跃机构、活跃作者、合作研究、关键词等方面的统计和分析,结合2016年之前三大期刊所反映出来的相关情况[1],评述其中所反映出来的2016年高水平法学研究活动的一些形式特征。 This article selects the legal research papers published by the three most authoritative journals of “China Social Science”, “Law Studies” and “Chinese Jurisprudence” in 2016 as the sample, and through the three major journals, the length of the essay and the published papers The author summarizes the statistics and analysis of the regional distribution, active agencies, active authors, cooperative research, key words and so on.
