医疗纠纷任何医院都难以避免,现对我院近十年发生的医疗纠纷进行初步分析,着重对医疗纠纷与医德的关系及防范进行一些探讨。我院近十年发生医疗纠纷56起,其原因见表1。因责任心不强和服务态度差引起的占48.21％。可见医德欠佳引起的纠纷占相当的比例。从表2可见发生医疗纠纷的科室有15个,我院共有18个科室,发生纠纷者占全院科室的83.33％。从表3可见医院各级各类人员中均有医疗纠纷的发生。 Medical disputes are difficult to avoid in any hospital. We are currently conducting a preliminary analysis of medical disputes that have occurred in our hospital for the past ten years, focusing on the relationship between medical disputes and medical ethics and prevention. There have been 56 medical disputes in our hospital in the past ten years. The reasons are shown in Table 1. 48.21% due to poor sense of responsibility and poor service attitude. It can be seen that the disputes caused by the poor medical ethics account for a considerable proportion. From Table 2, there are 15 departments in which medical disputes occur. There are 18 departments in our hospital, and 83.33% of the departments in the hospital have disputes. From Table 3, it can be seen that there are medical disputes among various types of personnel in hospitals.
