香蕉型这类人往往身体瘦弱、脂肪少、肌肉力不强、体力也不佳,内脏器官也不太健康。运动时,应该先慢慢锻炼好基本体力,逐渐强化肌肉力量、持久力及身体柔软度,再进行重量训练,参加有氧运动及跳绳、游泳等动态运动。瘦弱型的人要特别注意饮食。应多摄取含丰富蛋白质的食物,以增进内脏机能,增强肌肉力,还要多摄取维生素类食物。
