党的十八大报告中提出,广开进贤之路,广纳天下英才,把各方面优秀人才集聚到党和国家事业中来,是保证党和人民事业发展的根本之举。在当前铁路实施政企分开,强化铁路局市场主体地位,实施多元一体化经营机制的新形势下,选好用好干部尤为重要。多年来,我们在干部选用上已经建立了一整套的完善的工作程序,在严密的流程中,通过对查阅的资料和谈话中反馈上来的信息进行条分缕析、去伪存真、透过表象看本质,为铁路企业的健康发展选出有用人才。
