本文研究了电焊工血清脂质过氯化产物丙二醛(MDA)含量和红细胞超氯化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果:电焊工血清MDA含量显著高于对照组,红细胞SOD活性低于对照组;血清MDA含量超过吸烟对照组95%可信限上限的异常发生率非常显著,其RR为2.25,红细胞SOD活性低于吸烟对照组95%可信限下限的异常发生率显著,结果表明,电焊工脂质过氧化作用明显增强,细细胞SOD活性受抑制,上述改变可能是电焊时产生多种职业危害因素综合作用的结果。
In this paper, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in serum lipid perchlorate and the activity of red cell superoxide dismutase (SOD) were studied. Results: The serum MDA content of welders was significantly higher than that of the control group. The activity of SOD in erythrocytes was lower than that of the control group. The abnormal occurrence rate of serum MDA exceeding the upper limit of the 95% confidence limit of the smoking control group was very significant. The RR was 2.25, and the red blood cell SOD activity was low. The abnormal occurrence rate of the lower limit of 95% confidence limit in the smoking control group was significant. The results showed that the lipid peroxidation of the welders was significantly enhanced and the SOD activity of the fine cells was inhibited.
