标定热箱法用于建筑构件传热系数的实验室检测,如窗户和墙体,理论上较为成熟,但缺乏实际操作指导。本文以标准为依据,结合检测实践,系统介绍了检测装置、原理以及热流系数的标定方法,详细说明了检测方法和流程。在此基础上,给出了测试结果的不确定度计算方法,并进行了实例计算。结果表明,该方法测试技术可行,能较好地满足相关检测要求。
Calibration hot box method for building components laboratory tests of heat transfer coefficient, such as windows and walls, the theory is more mature, but the lack of practical guidance. In this paper, based on the standard, combined with the testing practice, the system introduces the testing device, the principle and the calibration method of the heat flow coefficient, detailing the testing methods and processes. On this basis, the method of calculating the uncertainty of the test results is given, and an example is given. The results show that this method is feasible and can meet the relevant testing requirements.
