本文用胃瘘狗进行慢性实验,观察高温环境对狗空胃运动的影响及其发生机理。实验证明高温环境对空胃运动具有抑制作用,其收缩幅度明显降低或完全消失,与常温值相比,差别非常显著(P<0.01)。静脉或肌肉注射α-或β-受体阻断剂妥拉苏林、酚妥拉明以及心得安均能阻断高温抑制胃运动的作用,表明高温抑制胃运动的效应是通过交感神经作用于胃肌肾上腺能α-和β-受体实现的。
In this paper, chronic experiments were performed with stomach-chok dogs to observe the effects of high-temperature environment on dog’s empty stomach and its mechanism. Experiments show that the high temperature environment has an inhibitory effect on the empty stomach movement, and its contraction amplitude is significantly reduced or completely disappeared. Compared with the normal temperature value, the difference is very significant (P<0.01). Intravenous or intramuscular injections of α- or β-blockers torasurin, phentolamine, and propranolol block the effects of hyperthermia at inhibiting gastric motility, indicating that the effect of hyperthermia at inhibiting gastric motility is through sympathetic nerve action. Gastric muscular adrenergic alpha- and beta-receptors are achieved.
