目的:探讨通过对患者给予不同的药学辅助以及服务模式所产生的用药影响。方法:为了探讨出通过对患者给予不同的药学辅助以及服务模式所产生的用药影响,随机将142例曾到门诊药房取药或者用药的病人分组:辅助组和服务组。辅助组与服务组各71例。给予辅助组的服务模式:传统服务形式。给予服务组的服务模式:全面服务模式,例如:药学宣导、使用宣导、咨询分析等。之后,并将所产生的用药影响在两组中的情况给予对比。结果:服务组中的病人所反应出的依从度要比辅助组的强,差异显著,P<0.05,差异产生统计学意义。结论:对患者给予全面的药学辅助以及服务模式更能使病人所反应出的药物使用依从度得以提升,进而使诊治水准、健康水准随着依从度的上升而提升。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of medication by giving different pharmacological assistance to patients and their service patterns. METHODS: In order to explore the effects of different pharmacological assistance and service patterns on patients, 142 patients randomly assigned to an outpatient pharmacy for medication or medication were randomly assigned to a subgroup and a service group. Auxiliary group and service group each 71 cases. Auxiliary group to give service model: the traditional form of service. Service group service model: a comprehensive service model, such as: pharmaceutical advocacy, the use of advocacy, consulting and analysis. After that, the resulting medication effects were compared in both groups. Results: The patients in the service group responded better than those in the supportive group, with significant difference (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The comprehensive pharmacological assistance and service mode for patients can improve the patients’ compliance with drug usage. As a result, the standard of diagnosis and treatment and the standard of health increase with the compliance.
