随着列车的多次提速,铁路线路的质量要求也变得越来越高。在我们的一系列大型养路机械中,捣固车是我们维修保养铁路线路的重要设备,它可以对线路进行拨道、起道及捣固作业,从而保证轨道的方向、左右水平和前后高低(即纵向水平)。在这里我们要重点分析和探讨的是,如何更进一步地提高捣固车的纵向水平作业精度。本文主要从D08-32型捣固车本身的纵向水平测量系统的测量原理入手,通过对提高及消除其测量误差方法的分析并结合调试工艺及实际的作业方式探讨提高捣固车纵向水平作业精度的方法。
