In my opinion, the group cadres must adhere to three principles in studying Deng Xiaoping Theory: the principle of politics must be insisted on. It will be hard to resist the temptation of desires. Organizational departments shoulder the important task of managing the party’s cadres and party members, developing and consolidating the party’s organization, allocating leadership and raising the party’s combat effectiveness.
