作为我国流通业的主导力量,内资零售业在满足我国人民生活需求及实现商品价值等方面起着重要的作用,而作为内资零售业态的一种主要形式——内资连锁经营则以其规模效益优势成为零售业态的一支重要力量。但随着我国零售业入世保护期的结束、其它业态的发展及消费需求的变化,内资连锁企业面临着内外双重压力。内资连锁企业要寻求更大的发展平台,实现自身高速、持续的发展,就必须将开拓农村市场纳入到自己的发展战略中,研究农村消费者的需求,制定适合于农村市场的营销策略。
