目前,我国工程机械的保有量已经突破500万台,以每年每台平均1万元的维修费来计算,每年即至少应该有450亿元的维修业务量。各种与工程机械维修相关的企业能在其中占据多大的份额?关键是要看谁能更快、更好、更大范围地满足客户的需求。企业80%的利润产生在20%的忠诚大客户中,现在维修企业最大的挑战不是商业模式,而是如何找到属于自己的客户群。根据需求决定方向的原理,笔者认为,维修企业——代理商、专业维修企业、背包客等会走向不同的发展方向。
