目的 检验氧合型白细胞滤器的实际过滤效果 ,评估其在战伤输血救治中的作用。方法 分别使用氧合型白细胞滤器和普通白细胞滤器过滤 12袋悬浮红细胞 ,过滤前后检测红细胞氧分压 (PO2 )、血氧饱和度(SO2 )、氧合血红蛋白百分数 (HbO2 )、白细胞计数 (WBC)、红细胞计数 (RBC)和红细胞悬液体积。结果 使用氧合型白细胞滤器过滤后红细胞氧合指标提高 5 1%~ 5 7% ,白细胞残留量降至 (3 37± 0 5 4)× 10 7/袋 ,白细胞清除率(97 5 2± 0 74 ) %。结论 氧合型白细胞滤器可以提高血液对组织的供氧作用 ,降低急性输血不良反应和感染 ,对于战争中输血救治的伤病员具有明显的临床意义。
Objective To test the actual filtering effect of oxygenated leucocyte filter and evaluate its role in the treatment of transfusion of war injuries. Methods 12 bags of suspended erythrocytes were filtered by oxygenated leucocyte filter and ordinary leucocyte filter respectively. The oxygen partial pressure (PO2), oxygen saturation (SO2), oxygenated hemoglobin (HbO2), white blood cell count (WBC) , Red blood cell count (RBC) and red blood cell suspension volume. Results The erythrocyte oxygenation index increased 51.1% -57%, leukocyte residue decreased to (377 ± 054) × 10 7 / bag, and the leukocyte clearance rate (97 5 2 ± 0) after filtration with oxygenated leucocyte filter 74)%. Conclusion Oxygenated leukocyte filters can improve blood oxygen supply to tissues and reduce acute transfusion adverse reactions and infections, which has obvious clinical significance for the wounded and sick patients who are transfused during the war.
