研究了山葡萄田间条件下光合速率日变化规律,不同节位叶片光合速率差异及外界条件对光合速率的影响,对24份山葡萄种质的光合速率进行了评价。结果表明:山葡萄种质间光合速率(PR)存在很大差异,通过聚类分析可分为五类;光合速率与温度、光强呈正相关,相关系数(r)分别为0.9198和0.8272,随节位增长叶片PR提高,其日变化为中午略低型。
The daily variation of photosynthetic rate under different field conditions was studied. The effects of different leaf photosynthetic rate and external conditions on photosynthetic rate were studied. The photosynthetic rate of 24 grape germplasms was evaluated. The results showed that there were great differences in the photosynthetic rate (PR) among the grape germplasms. There were five types of photosynthetic rate (PR) in the grape germplasms. There was a positive correlation between the photosynthetic rate and temperature and light intensity, and the correlation coefficients (r) were 0.9198 and 0 respectively. 8272, leaf blade PR increased with node growth, its diurnal variation was slightly lower at noon.
