阴道念珠菌病是妇科常见病。笔者根据门诊病人组及体检组阴道分泌物念珠菌检出结果进行对照分析,现报告如下。一、对象自1996年10月～1998年7月本院妇科门诊和妇女体检为调查对象。妇女体检主要为教工、干部和工人,共233例。年龄41.84岁,S9.00,最小年龄23岁,最大年龄66岁。妇科门诊病人共418例年龄32.56岁,SD8.59,最小2岁,最大67岁。二、方法1.妇科采样:按妇科常规操作行外检与内诊,采阴道分泌物湿片一张,干片一张,立即送实验室检查。
