Recurrence after leukemia autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT) is common, but whether the relapse is due to mixed leukemic cells in the transfused bone marrow or residual leukemic cells in the patient after pretreatment remains unclear. This article aims to prove the effectiveness of leukemia cells in vitro purification.
