含钒铁水浸入吹氧脱硅处理熔池中存在不同的反应区域。基于这一特点,作者用数学模型对硅与钒的氧化分离过程进行了分析研究。该模型能够模拟脱硅处理时铁水和炉渣中多个组元的行为,并能够对不同反应区的反应对于硅钒分离过程所起的作用进行定量分析。模型计算结果与实际过程符合良好。
Vanadium-containing molten iron immersed in the oxygen delithilling bath there are different reaction zones. Based on this feature, the authors used mathematical models to analyze the oxidation and separation of silicon and vanadium. The model is able to simulate the behavior of multiple components in hot metal and slag during desilication and to quantitatively analyze the effect of different reaction zones on the segregation of silicon and vanadium. The model calculation results are in good agreement with the actual process.
