雷竹是优良的笋用竹种,但近年来开花十分普遍,严重影响竹笋产量。解决这个问题的最好途径之一是培育雷竹实生苗并扩繁推广。在雷竹实生苗培育过程中发现植株间形态特征、生长习性差异显著。由于同工酶与形态特征、次生物质相比,是更为直接的基因产物,因此分析了过氧化物同工酶。分析结果可见:雷竹子代与亲本比较有53%植株表现出条带数量差异,快带区差异最显著,相似系数不尽相同;实生苗过氧化物酶活性强度总趋势是:慢带>中间带>快带;实生苗过氧化物同工酶活性存在显著差异,可见植株间发生一定的基因表达上的差异,在生产中应选择优良无性系繁殖推广。
