最近，由于部分地区发生“非典”疫情，致使市场价格出现异常波动，一些不法经营者也趁机哄抬价格、牟取暴利，昧着良心发“非典”财，对价格上涨起到了推波助澜的作用。针对这一情况，国家价格主管部门采取了哪些稳定市场物价的措施，取得了什么成效？下一步工作将如何开展？就此，新华社记者采访了国家发展和改革委员会价格司司长赵小平。下面是记者的采访笔录。
