研究了盆栽的山桃、山杏、柠条、沙棘四个树种的苗木,在人工控制土壤含水量条件下,对干旱适应过程中水分状况的变化。结果表明:四个树种可以通过自身蒸腾调节水分平衡。叶片含水量的下降,主要是自由水的丧失,而束缚水明显增加;在严重干旱下其叶绿素仍十分稳定。证明它们对干旱适应能力很强。
The seedlings of four species of Potted Peach, Prunus armeniaca, Caragana korshinskii and Seabuckthorn were studied under the conditions of artificial control of soil water content and the changes of water status during drought adaptation. The results showed that four species could regulate the water balance by transpiration. The decline of leaf water content is mainly due to the loss of free water, while the bound water is obviously increased. Under severe drought, its chlorophyll is still very stable. Prove that they are resilient to drought.
