在我们周围常可看到聋哑人,而这些人大多都是非常聪明的,聋哑儿童亦是非常活泼可爱,但由于种种原因造成两耳失聪,失去学习语言的机会导致为聋哑人.实际上这些聋哑人中有80%的人有残余听力存在.通过发声增益作用和通过语言训练,可以做到聋而不哑,这项训练称为聋耳语言训练.近几年这项工作在我国开始开展起来,并且取得显著成效.进行聋耳语言训练,先要选择一只合适的助听器.助听器的种类较多,有耳背式,耳内式等,目前,我国广泛应用的是一种既方便又实用的耳背式助听器.要配戴一只合适的助听器,还应由耳科医生作全面的听力学检查,尤其是对于聋儿更应全面检查,包括有否残余听力的客观检查等.提前配戴合适的助听器,对聋儿进行早期听力及语言训练,从而使聋哑儿童借助于助听器能“听”会说,做到聋而不哑,能使其在成年后同健康人一样生活、工作.目前我省地市级政府都办有聋哑儿童语言训练班,聋儿可以就近入学进行语言训练.同样也可以搞家庭训练,在医生的指导下由父母亲给以语言发声训练,效果也不错.我科曾配合幼儿院老师对80多名聋耳儿童进行发声语言训练,取得显著效果,已有1/3儿童达到三级康复,进入普通小学学习,同样通过家庭训练,也有相当一部分小朋友进入普通小学学习.
