目的:测定五味子中微量元素铅、镉的含量。方法:采用二乙基三胺五乙酸—三乙醇胺(DTPATEA)有机溶剂作为提取剂,在固液比为1∶17.5、超声提取时间为2h的条件下,采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对样品进行含量分析。结果:在考察的6个五味子样本中均含有铅镉微量元素,铅在5.00~50.00μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,镉在0.20~4.00μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好。加样回收率分别为94.0%和96.6%,相对标准偏差分别为1.59%和1.87%(n=5)。结论:南、北五味子中均含有一定量对人体有害的微量元素铅、镉,但北五味子中Pb、Cd微量元素含量都低于南五味子,可从有害微量元素铅镉的含量说明北五味子的品质高于南五味子。
Objective: To determine the contents of trace elements lead and cadmium in Schisandra chinensis. Methods: The samples were prepared by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) under the conditions of solid-liquid ratio of 1:17.5 and ultrasonic extraction time of 2 h using diethyltriamine pentaacetic acid-triethanolamine (DTPATEA) as solvent. Content analysis. Results: All the six Schisandra chinesis samples contained lead and cadmium trace elements, and Pb had a good linear relationship in the range of 5.00-50.00μg · mL-1. The linearity of cadmium was in the range of 0.20-4.00μg · mL-1 . The recoveries were 94.0% and 96.6% respectively, with relative standard deviations of 1.59% and 1.87%, respectively (n = 5). Conclusion: The contents of trace elements Pb and Cd in Beiwuweizi are lower than that in S. kansuensis, both of which contained a certain amount of lead and cadmium which are harmful to humans. The contents of Pb and Cd in trace elements Pb Quality is higher than the South Schisandra.
