夹闭小鼠双侧颈总动脉 ,建立脑缺血再灌注动物模型。应用流式细胞术检测再灌注后 3、6、1 2、2 4、48、96h的血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD6 1和CD6 2 p的表达。结果显示血小板膜糖蛋白CD31在再灌注 3h时表达增高 ,2 4h达到高峰 ,到 96h仍未降到正常水平。CD6 1在再灌注 3h时表达增高 ,持续到 2 4h,48h时恢复到正常水平。CD6 2 p在再灌注3h时表达增高 ,1 2h达到高峰 ,之后缓慢降低 ,到 96h时仍处较高水平。结论 :脑缺血再灌注可以导致血小板膜糖蛋白CD31、CD6 1、CD6 2p表达量增加 ,可能促进血小板活化、引发血栓形成
Closing bilateral bilateral common carotid arteries, establishing a model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion. Flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins CD31, CD6 1 and CD6 2 p at 3, 6, 1, 2, 4, 48, and 96 hours after reperfusion. The results showed that the platelet membrane glycoprotein CD31 expression increased 3h after reperfusion, peaked 24h, but still not reduced to the normal level 96h. CD6 1 expression increased 3h after reperfusion, continued to 24h, 48h returned to normal levels. CD6 2 p expression increased 3h after reperfusion, peaked at 12h, then slowly decreased to a high level at 96h. CONCLUSION: Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion can lead to increased expression of platelet membrane glycoproteins CD31, CD6 1 and CD62p, which may promote platelet activation and cause thrombosis
