目的了解北川新县城钉螺分布情况,为制定血吸虫病防治规划提供科学依据。方法调查全部历史有螺环境和可疑环境,同时采用系统抽样法查螺,框距10m(每框=0.1lm2),检获的钉螺压碎镜检,检查钉螺的感染情况。结果共调查51065m2,有螺面积5430m2,系统抽样456框,有螺框73框,有螺框出现率16.01%。共捕获钉螺612只,活螺606只,平均活螺密度1.33只/框,未发现感染性钉螺。结论北川新县城未发现感染性钉螺,但是部分钉螺指标仍较高,在新县城建设过程中,应加强监测、大力开展健康教育。
Objective To understand the distribution of Oncomelania snails in Beichuan new county and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control plan of schistosomiasis. Methods The investigation was conducted on all historic snails and suspicious environments. At the same time, systematic sampling was used to check the snails. The frame distance was 10m (frame = 0.1lm2). The snails were seized and examined for infection. Results A total of 51065m2 were surveyed with a spiral area of 5430m2. The system sampled 456 frames, 73 frames in the screw frame, and 16.01% in the screw frame. A total of 612 snails were captured and 606 live snails were collected. The average live lobar density was 1.33 per box, and no infectious snails were found. Conclusion Infectious snail was not found in Beichuan new county, but some snail index was still high. During the construction of new county town, we should strengthen the monitoring and vigorously carry out health education.
