随着以经营承包为主的多种形式的经济责任制的实行,工业企业职工教育出现了许多新的特点,如领导忙于生产经营和市场竞争,对职工教育难以顾及;劳动实行定岗、定员、定额,学员难以抽调;实行满负荷工作法,时间难以安排;学历教育不能立见成效,企业承包人不感兴趣等。这就要求工业企业的职工教育要研究新情况,适应新形势,开拓新路子,取得新成绩。
With the implementation of various forms of economic responsibility system dominated by operating contracts, there are many new characteristics of employee education in industrial enterprises. For example, the leadership is busy with production and management and market competition, which makes it hard for workers’ education to take into consideration. Quota, students difficult to deploy; practice at full capacity, time is difficult to arrange; academic education can not stand the benefits, business contractors are not interested. This requires that workers’ education in industrial enterprises should study new situations, adapt to the new situation, open up new paths and make new achievements.
