患者,男,62岁,农民。因酒后运动及感觉障碍3天,伴咳嗽无力2天,于1988年2月6日入院。患者于入院前5天在8小时内累积饮酒约500ml,随后出现嗜睡至昏迷。经当地医院抢救10小时后清醒,醒后觉四肢麻木及活动不能,并逐渐出现咳嗽无力,而入我院。既往习酒20余年,近10年来走路不稳,尤以夜间加重。查体:体温38.8℃,神清语利,呼吸困难,唇指紫绀。两肺可闻及痰鸣音。 Patient, male, 62 years old, farmer. 3 days due to alcoholism and sensory disturbances, with cough and weakness for 2 days, in February 6, 1988 admission.
