中国饮食文化源远流长,但连锁经营模式正处于发展阶段,与国际水平相比还有很大差距,以连锁运营模式为导向的项目给中国餐饮企业带来很多启示。
China’s food culture has a long history, but the chain management model is in the development stage, compared with the international level there is still a big gap between the chain operation model-oriented projects to bring a lot of inspiration for China’s catering enterprises.
