目的:探讨微波辅助提取技术在叶类中药材中的适宜性。方法:以淫羊藿为例,采用Box-Behnken设计考察微波功率、料液比和提取时间3个因素对淫羊藿苷提取率及干浸膏得率的影响,采用响应曲面法优化微波辅助提取淫羊藿苷得提取工艺,并与传统提取工艺比较。结果:淫羊藿苷提取率和干浸膏得率与所考察3因素之间关系符合二次模型。确定最佳提取工艺为微波功率800 W,料液比1∶16,提取时间37 min。该条件下淫羊藿苷提取率84.53%,干浸膏得率22.47%。结论:微波辅助提取淫羊藿苷具有时间短、提取率高、化学特征峰无差异、能量消耗更低等特点,微波辅助技术适用于淫羊藿等叶类药材的提取。
Objective: To investigate the suitability of microwave-assisted extraction in Chinese medicinal materials of leaves. Methods: Taking Epimedium as an example, the effects of microwave power, solid-liquid ratio and extraction time on the yield of icariin and the yield of dry extract were investigated by Box-Behnken design. Response surface methodology was used to optimize the microwave assisted Extraction of icariin extraction process, and compared with the traditional extraction process. Results: The relationship between icariin extraction rate and dry extract yield and the three factors examined fit the quadratic model. The optimal extraction process was determined as microwave power 800 W, solid-liquid ratio 1:16 and extraction time 37 min. Under this condition icariin extraction rate of 84.53%, dry extract yield 22.47%. Conclusion: Microwave-assisted extraction of icariin has the characteristics of short time, high extraction rate, no difference in chemical characteristic peaks and lower energy consumption. The microwave-assisted technique is suitable for the extraction of epimedium and other leaf medicinal materials.
