“数字中国”的理论与实践源于新一代信息技术革命的大背景,但最直接的动因是习近平在福建工作期间的“数字福建”实践探索以及他在2015年底有关“数字中国”的重要讲话.“数字中国”的发展经历了萌芽起步、地方探索、国家战略三个阶段,现已成为中国国家信息化体系建设的标志.作为中国科技创新的重大战略,“数字中国”建设必将在经济、政治、文化、社会和生态诸多方面对中国未来产生全方位的影响.
