本文描述了一种用简单的光路系统实现傅里叶合成而获得闪耀全息光栅的方法.用干涉计量法调整光路,提高了工艺精度.本实验制作的全息闪耀光栅具有较好的锯齿槽形,闪耀特性显著,+1级衍射效率超过了50%,比-1级效率提高约11倍.最后探讨了如何提高衍射效率,控制闪耀波长及增大刻划面积等问题. In this paper, a method of obtaining a blazed holographic grating by Fourier synthesis with a simple optical system is described. The optical path is adjusted by interferometry to improve the processing accuracy. The holographic blazed grating made in this experiment has a good serrated groove shape, The sparkling properties are remarkable, the + 1 diffraction efficiency exceeds 50%, and the efficiency is about 11 times higher than that of the -1 class.Finally, the problems of how to improve the diffraction efficiency, control the blaze wavelength and increase the scribing area are discussed.
