径轴向轧制成形技术是生产大型高品质L形截面无缝环件的理想加工方法。以Deform有限元软件为平台,对L形截面环件径轴向轧制过程进行了数值模拟,揭示了L形截面环件轧制过程中折叠和凹坑缺陷的形成机理。以此为基础,对初始环件尺寸和轧制工艺进行了优化。研究结果表明:初始环件尺寸和轧制速度设计不合理是缺陷出现的主要原因;优化后的初始环件和进给速度能够消除缺陷,使环件的截面形状填充较好。
Radial rolling technology is ideal for the production of large, high-quality, L-section seamless rings. Deform finite element software is used as a platform to simulate the axial rolling process of L-shaped ring, and the formation mechanism of the folding and pit defects during the rolling process of L-shaped ring is revealed. Based on this, the initial ring size and rolling process are optimized. The results show that the design of the initial ring size and the rolling speed are the main reasons for the defects. The optimized initial ring and feed speed can eliminate the defects and make the cross-sectional shape of the ring filled well.
