目的 :建立肌瘤康口服液的质量标准。方法 :采用TLC法对处方中的夏枯草、青蒿、三七等进行定性鉴别 ;用薄层扫描法测定熊果酸的含量。结果 :在TLC色谱中均能检出夏枯草、青蒿、三七 ;熊果酸在 0 .5 7～ 2 .85 μg范围呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .996 ,平均回收率 99.1% ,RSD为 3.1%。结论 :所建立的方法可准确、快速地进行定性、定量检测 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective : To establish the quality standard of Jiualukang oral liquid. Methods: The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify the Prunella vulgaris, Artemisia annua, and Panax notoginseng. The content of ursolic acid was measured by TLC scanning. Results: Prunella vulgaris, Artemisia annua and Panax notoginseng could be detected in TLC chromatography. The ursolic acid showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.57 to 2.85 μg, r = 0.996, and the average recovery rate was 99.1%. RSD is 3.1%. Conclusion: The established method can accurately and rapidly perform qualitative and quantitative detection and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
