病史摘要 男,51岁,工人,1978年春起逐渐出现咳嗽伴低热,自感疲乏无力,胃纳减退。在外院X线检查发现右上纵隔旁肿块。起病4月后作~(60)Co8,500仑放射治疗,肿块缩小。同年11月出现右侧颈淋巴结肿大并有头面部浮肿,患者逐渐消瘦,体力更差,入院进一步诊治。 入院时体检:右颈部能触及黄豆大小淋巴结2—3枚,右腋下有花生大小淋巴结一枚。眼睑有浮 Summary of medical history Male, 51 years old, worker, cough with fever gradually since spring of 1978, fatigue and weakness, decreased appetite.
