随着社会的发展,卫生防疫机构只有适应新形势的特点,不断转变观念,逐步完善防疫站内部的基础管理,才能使自身有所发展和创新,为社会提供最佳服务,从而获得社会效益和经济效益。本站自1988年以来,实行站长、科主任两级负责制、人员聘任制和实施目标管理,扩大科室自主权,在不断深化改革过程中,积极探索科学管理的新路子。 (一)具体做法 1.实行全员聘任制。
