(一)前言 随着我厂高炉冶炼的强化,炉前铁次不断增加(由过去的每日9次增加到目前12次),因而加速了渣、铁对渣铁沟的冲刷与浸蚀,势必增加了渣铁沟的维护量和炉前工的劳动强度。就目前情况看,三座高炉需垫沟泥30t左右,常因垫沟的影响,不能正点出铁而导致减风操作,甚至丢铁,威胁着炉前出渣、铁的正常进行。因此,寻找经久耐用的沟泥材料,实为当务之急。
