介绍了某型压缩机堵转试验测控系统的构成，在分析了Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下开发软件的优越性之后，介绍了Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下本系统测控软件的设计，并给出软件中数字量－工程量（Ｄ－Ｅ）转换公式的一种修正方法。
After introducing the superiority of developing software in Windows environment, this paper introduces the design of the measurement and control software of the system in Windows environment and presents the digital quantity - D-E) conversion formula a correction method.
