选取了两种不同的合金粉末材料,采用激光熔覆技术,对内缸活塞杆表面进行了修复强化处理,对比分析了两种不同材料熔覆后的微组织、微硬度、耐腐蚀性和耐磨性,提出了两种不同熔覆材料修复的内缸活塞杆所适用的工作环境。研究结果表明,两种熔覆层材料均能有效提高内缸活塞杆表面的耐磨性、抗冲击性和抗腐蚀性。
Two different alloy powder materials were selected. The surface of piston rod in the inner cylinder was repaired and strengthened by laser cladding technology. The microstructure, microhardness, corrosion resistance and resistance of two different materials after cladding Grindability, put forward two kinds of cladding material repair inner cylinder piston rod applicable to the working environment. The results show that both cladding materials can effectively improve the wear resistance, impact resistance and corrosion resistance of the piston rod surface.
