分层教学是一种在当前教学模式下的创新策略,它将因材施教的思想融于班级教学之中,使每个学生在各自的认知范围内学有所成,达到培优与补差并举的效果。根据学生的个体差异,将学生分成若干层次,制订不同的教学目标。通过讲授分层次、指导分层次、设计问题分层次、巩固练习分层次,完成预设的教学目标。同时采取作业分层、评价分层的方法,激励学困生不断进步,实验证明,分层教学着眼于适应学生的个体差异,使学生逐步走向成功。
Hierarchical teaching is an innovative strategy under the current teaching mode. It integrates the ideas of teaching students according to their aptitude into the teaching of classes so that each student can learn in his or her own cognitive scope and achieve the goal of both training and complementing effect. According to the individual differences of students, the students are divided into several levels to formulate different teaching objectives. By teaching sub-level, guiding the level, design problems at different levels, consolidate the practice level, complete the default teaching objectives. At the same time, it adopted the method of stratification of work and evaluation of stratification in order to inspire students with learning difficulties to make continuous progress. Experiments show that stratified teaching aims at adapting students’ individual differences and making students gradually achieve success.
