采用五因素二次回归通用旋转组合设计,研究建立了低酚棉浙棉9号高产综合农艺措施的产量数学模型,获得了每公顷皮棉产量达1500kg的农艺措施最佳组合,每公顷密度为46650~48495株,氮肥(纯N)199.35~219.9kg,磷肥(P2O5)64.05~72.45ks,钾肥(K2O)201.45~220.50kg,打顶时期8月1日~3日.农艺措施对皮棉产量的影响程度依次是:氮肥>打顶时期>钾肥>密度>磷肥.对棉纤维品质和棉子仁营养品质关系研究结果,钾肥对棉纤维品质影响最大,钾与纤维长度、强度、麦克隆值呈正相关,磷肥与棉子仁中亚油酸含量呈显著正相关。氮和磷与棉子仁中人体必需8种氨基酸含量呈正相关
A five-factor quadratic regression general rotation combination design was used to study the yield mathematical model of high-yielding comprehensive agronomic measures for low-phenolic cotton Zhemian No.9. The optimal combination of agronomic measures with a yield of 1500kg per hectare was obtained, with a density of 46650 hectares ~ 48495, 199.35 ~ 219.9kg for N fertilizer (pure N), 64.05 ~ 72.45ks for P2O5 and 201.45 ~ 220.50kg for K2O, day. The influence degree of agronomic measures on lint yield was: nitrogen fertilizer> topping period> potassium fertilizer> density> phosphate fertilizer. On the relationship between cotton fiber quality and nutritional quality of cottonseed, potassium fertilizer had the greatest effect on cotton fiber quality. There was a positive correlation between potassium and fiber length, strength and micronaire, and there was a significant positive correlation between phosphorus fertilizer and cottonseed linoleic acid content.
